FROM INVISIBLE TO BRAVE, 30 Micro-Dares Activity Workbook for Teen Social Skills & Self Esteem by NAYA EDEN

FROM INVISIBLE TO BRAVE, 30 Micro-Dares Activity Workbook for Teen Social Skills & Self Esteem: Conversation Scripts + Confidence Tracker for Shy, Socially Anxious Teens Who Want Friends by NAYA EDEN

Some teens don’t feel loud—they feel invisible. Not because they don’t care, but because every social moment feels like a test: Where do I stand? What do I say? What if I mess it up?

From Invisible to Brave is a gentle workbook built for that exact teen. Instead of forcing big, scary leaps, it gives 30 tiny “micro-dares” that start small and grow at your pace. Each challenge comes in three levels—low, medium, and high—so the teen stays in control.

Inside, you’ll find quick scripts for real situations (joining a group, starting a conversation, answering teasing, inviting someone to hang out) and simple reflection pages that help teens notice progress without pressure. The goal isn’t to turn anyone into an extrovert. It’s to help shy teens practice real-life confidence, one manageable step at a time.

Once Upon A Leader by Sally M. Evans

Once Upon A Leader: Create Culture & Navigate Change With Vision, Integrity, Adaptability, & Influence by Sally M. Evans

We’re going back to the beginning – to four stories so simple a child could tell them, and so true, they still whisper to the hearts of grown-ups.

By the end of this book, you’ll know their message by heart, not as fairy tales, but as reminders of what real leadership was always meant to be.

Leaders are not underinvesting in development. Quite the opposite. Four hundred billion dollars. That’s enough to buy every employee a decent latte every single day for a year and still have money left over for the fancy oat milk. Instead, we’re spending it on training programs that vanish faster than free donuts in a break room.
The results tell a devastating story:
• Only %10% of programs deliver measurable results.
• Employee engagement has stagnated at 33% for more than a decade.
• Over 40% of employees don’t believe their leaders truly listen.
• Lack of trust drives nearly half of all resistance to change.

The money is there. The effort is there. What’s missing is impact. The problem is delivery and retention.

We remember stories. We trust stories. We learn through stories.
So why, in business, when the stakes are so high, do we push stories aside?
The science is measurable. From Stanford’s memory research to Princeton’s neural coupling studies, from oxytocin findings to mirror neuron science, the evidence is clear: stories literally rewire the brain for empathy, trust, and action.

Story isn’t fluff. It’s function. What story will you tell on Monday morning?

Redemption By Default by Kathryn McGrady

Redemption By Default: A Psychological Thriller by Kathryn McGrady

Inside the opulent vehicle, a gray tabby lounged regally on the leather seat as if he owned the vehicle and its contents. Snoop barely flicked an ear as Logan slid in beside him.

Logan set the briefcase on the seat, pulled his backpack onto his lap, and withdrew his cell phone. He thumbed a number from memory and brought it to his ear. His jaw was clenched.

The call connected.
“Yeah,” came the gravelly voice of Parker Hart, thick with nicotine and contempt.

Logan’s voice was cold and cutting. “Are you trying to fuck me?”

Parker exhaled, the hiss of his cigar audible even over the line. “I prefer three holes, if you know what I mean.”

“I said—are you trying to fuck me?”

A pause. Then laughter, low and cruel. “I understand education was an afterthought, but even you can do better than that.”

“I could slit your throat in half a second,” Logan muttered, his voice barely above a whisper, but lethal all the same.

Parker snorted. “You’d have to slit mine, my brother’s, my uncle’s, my son’s, my nephew’s—and my wife’s. Trust me, you don’t want to mess with my wife. The bitch is crazy.”
The line crackled as Parker took another drag. “What is this about? What’s the damn problem?”

“Huntington had a son,” Logan said. “He was in the restaurant last night.”

“So what? You wouldn’t have done the hit if you had known?” Parker scoffed.

“I told you my rules going in,” Logan said. “I don’t make orphans. You knew that.”

“Well guess what, Saint Logan?” Parker growled. “Most people have kids.”

Logan’s grip tightened on the phone. “I shot him in front of his son.”

“I don’t have time for this bullshit,” Parker snapped. “Where’s my money?”
The line went dead.

Logan lowered the phone without a word. The weight of silence filled the limo like fog. He looked at the briefcase, its metal surface smeared with a trace of blood.

Letting Him Go… When He Cheats by Kathryn Carter-McGrady

Letting Him Go… When He Cheats: How To Tell If Your Lover Is Cheating & Letting Him Go When He Does! by Kathryn Carter-McGrady

We must reclaim our power as women and refuse to tolerate a man cheating on us. We as women are stronger and wiser than men, yet sometimes we give up our power, and allow men to dictate how they will treat us and we accept it as if we have no other choice, when our choices are limitless. No man can mistreat you unless you allow him to.

Stop allowing him to come home at all hours of the night. Stop allowing him to turn you into a late-night booty call. Is he verbally or physically abusing you? If you don’t let him go, then you are allowing it to happen. Is he cheating on you with other women? Let him go. If you don’t you are allowing him to maybe do it once again. You are, without a doubt, an accomplice to your own mistreatment. You stop the mistreatment by letting him go. Letting him go will open up the doors to a better life and a happier life.

It’s time to reclaim your power and create the life that you want for you!
