When his wife comes back to Sipsey, and with his lover just finding this out, Sugarfoot is in a heap of trouble. Not only that, but he has been pursuing another woman still by the name of Clarice Vanderway. With all of that to keep track of, this book is charmingly written with great characters, a unique setting, and enough excitement and a fast pace to keep you interested.
