I came into this book knowing Mark Rudes story. The characters and the characterizations are fun. I must admit given the fore knowledge I was totally wrapped up in the drama of the games. Mark paints a picture of real baseball at the pinnacle of the sport. Baseball fans will enjoy the passion of the games and the expected ending does not disappoint.

Thoroughly Enjoyable

Once I started this book, I couldn’t put it down! The plot is engaging, the descriptive passages are elegant and the characters are interesting and well developed. I highly recommend this book by Mark Rudes.
