5 stars Concise and to the point!
I like life hacks that can make my life simplified. That’s why this book grabbed my attention. Anxiety is no fun, and any ideas on what to do about it, are helpful. I like how concise and to the point this book is. I definitely feel that I now have more tools in my toolbox. My favorite one I learned is Desktop Zen Garden. Its already on order! Thank you Mel!

5 stars A very Useful Book!
Quite a lot to gain to ease stress and anxiety from reading this book. Who doesn’t get stressed and anxious in this day and age? So, it’s a book for everyone, not only people with anxiety disorder. Had to go get a pen and paper to jot down several of the hacks I wanted to try for myself. You just might need to do the same.
